AICOPI is the name of a French mandolin orchestra directed by Ricardo Sandoval. The name AICOPI ist derived from the French name of this ensemble: Académie Intégrale des COrdes PIncées – Ensemble instrumental à plectres dirigé par Ricardo SANDOVAL
AICOPI took also part at the Eurofestival Zupfmusik at Bruchsal (Germany) recntly where they played the Suite Retratos by Radames Gnattali. This piece has also been played at the concert in Metz.
The orchestra gave a concert in Metz on June 16, 2018. Conductor was Marc Desmons. The complete videos of this concert are now available in the youtube channel of Ricardo Sandoval.
