This mandolin quartet has been founded by <strong>Jacob Reuven<\/strong> about two years ago. It is composed of professional players of mandolin, mandola and mandolocello. The name of the quartet is derived from the instruments that all four players are playing &#8211; instruments made by Israeli luthier <strong>Arik Kerman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jacob Reuven<\/strong> is one of the important mandolin players from Israel, he has played as soloist with many orchestras. <strong>Fabio Gallucci<\/strong> and <strong>Vincent Beer-Demander<\/strong> are active mandolin players, conductors and composers based in the South of France, they have recorded several CDs as soloist and with their Nov Mandolin Ensemble. <strong>Mari Carmen Simon<\/strong> has studied in Spain with Caridad Sim\u00f3n and Pedro Chamorro, then with Juan Carlos Mu\u00f1oz in the Conservatory of Music of Esch-Sur-Alzette (Luxemburg). Using the knowledge and traditions of violin building, Kerman has been producing instruments that enable mandolinists to play repertoire originally written for violin and other string instruments with great success, thus helping to integrate the mandolin into the classical concert stage and significantly broaden its repertoire possibilities.?<br \/>\nThe Kerman Mandolin Quartet&#8217;s objective is to produce new performances of pieces originally written for string quartets as well as arrangements, contemporary music and new commissions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>Playlist Kerman Mandolin Quartet<\/h4>\n<p>The Kerman Mandolin Quartet has published many great videos that proof the high quality of this group.
